Identity and Business Verification

Verification as part of a controlled onboarding process

iPivot plans to use an external verification technology provider for online KYC/AML verification, identity checks and business verification. This service is being prepared and is not currently accepting information.

Online KYC/AML Verification

Online identity and business verification is being prepared and is not currently accepting information.

iPivot uses an external verification technology provider for identity and business verification. No information is collected on this page. Completing verification does not guarantee acceptance, investor classification, campaign approval, partnership approval or access to any investment opportunity.

Individual Verification

What individual applicants may be asked to complete when verification becomes available.

01

Identity Document Check

Individual applicants may be asked to submit identity documents such as a national ID or passport for verification.

02

Liveness Check

A liveness check may be required to confirm the applicant is a real person present during the verification process.

03

AML and Sanctions Screening

Screening may include anti-money laundering, sanctions and politically exposed person checks where applicable.

Organisation and Business Verification

What organisations may be asked to provide as part of the KYB process.

01

Company Registration Verification

Organisations may be asked to provide company registration documents, certificates of incorporation and related records.

02

Director Verification

Directors may need to complete individual identity verification as part of the organisation's onboarding.

03

Beneficial Owner Disclosure

Beneficial owners may need to be identified and verified in accordance with applicable regulations.

How Verification Fits Into Onboarding

Verification is one component of a controlled, human-reviewed process.

01

Part of Controlled Onboarding

Verification results form only one part of iPivot's controlled onboarding process. They are not the sole factor in any decision.

02

Human Review

Authorised human reviewers make consequential onboarding and classification decisions. Verification data supports, but does not replace, human judgement.

03

AI Assistance

AI may assist a later assessment only after eligible verification results are received. AI does not make final onboarding decisions.

04

Consent and Privacy

Applicants will be shown the applicable consent and privacy information before any future verification begins.

05

Retry Policy

Declined or applicant-abandoned applications may normally retry after three months. An authorised human reviewer may permit an earlier retry. Technical or service failures should not automatically trigger the retry restriction.

06

Non-Overridable Blocks

Regulatory, sanctions, fraud and legal blocks are not overridable through the ordinary retry process.

Important

  • Completing verification does not guarantee acceptance, investor classification, campaign approval, partnership approval or access to an investment opportunity.
  • Authorised human reviewers make consequential onboarding and classification decisions. Verification data alone is not sufficient for approval.
  • iPivot uses an external verification technology provider. iPivot does not itself perform regulated identity screening without external technology support.
  • No information is collected on this page. Verification will only begin through the secure applicant onboarding process when available.

Verification is not yet available

When launched, applicants will be guided through the verification process as part of their controlled onboarding journey.
