What individual applicants may be asked to complete when verification becomes available.
Individual applicants may be asked to submit identity documents such as a national ID or passport for verification.
A liveness check may be required to confirm the applicant is a real person present during the verification process.
Screening may include anti-money laundering, sanctions and politically exposed person checks where applicable.
What organisations may be asked to provide as part of the KYB process.
Organisations may be asked to provide company registration documents, certificates of incorporation and related records.
Directors may need to complete individual identity verification as part of the organisation's onboarding.
Beneficial owners may need to be identified and verified in accordance with applicable regulations.
Verification is one component of a controlled, human-reviewed process.
Verification results form only one part of iPivot's controlled onboarding process. They are not the sole factor in any decision.
Authorised human reviewers make consequential onboarding and classification decisions. Verification data supports, but does not replace, human judgement.
AI may assist a later assessment only after eligible verification results are received. AI does not make final onboarding decisions.
Applicants will be shown the applicable consent and privacy information before any future verification begins.
Declined or applicant-abandoned applications may normally retry after three months. An authorised human reviewer may permit an earlier retry. Technical or service failures should not automatically trigger the retry restriction.
Regulatory, sanctions, fraud and legal blocks are not overridable through the ordinary retry process.
Important
When launched, applicants will be guided through the verification process as part of their controlled onboarding journey.
