Investor Education · MyCIF

Understand MyCIF before treating it as part of a campaign.

The Malaysia Co-investment Fund supports eligible MSMEs and social enterprises by co-investing alongside private investors through participating ECF and P2P platforms.

What It Means

Co-investment support—not a guarantee.

MyCIF can expand the capital available to eligible campaigns, but approval, allocation and participation remain subject to current requirements and available funds.

01

Public–private co-investment

MyCIF invests alongside private investors through participating ECF and P2P operators.

02

Issuer eligibility applies

Participation depends on the applicable scheme, campaign and MyCIF criteria. It is not automatic.

03

Terms can change

Ratios, maximum amounts, allocations and thematic schemes should be checked against current official information.

04

Investment risk remains

MyCIF participation does not remove capital-loss, dilution, illiquidity or uncertain-exit risk.

How to Read a Campaign

Check the campaign-specific position.

Before relying on any MyCIF statement, investors and issuers should check whether participation has been confirmed, which scheme applies, the investment ratio and cap, and any continuing conditions.

  • Do not assume every successful campaign receives MyCIF participation.
  • Check the latest official terms and the campaign disclosure.
  • Understand whether the statement is an application, indication or confirmed allocation.
  • Assess the issuer and risks independently.

This page is educational and summarises public information. MyCIF schemes and allocations may change. iPivot does not promise MyCIF eligibility, approval, allocation or investment.
