The iPivot angle

What founders should notice.

Not every lesson is about fundraising. Capital only works when the operating model, governance and strategic choices support it.

01

Protect the core

In a crisis, preserve the strongest cash-generating businesses that can fund the future.

02

Make tough choices

Restructuring often requires decisive asset sales, concessions and a willingness to shrink before rebuilding.

03

Leadership matters

Clear operational leadership can restore confidence after a balance-sheet crisis.

04

Diversify from strength

Expansion is more resilient when it starts from a stable, cash-generative core.
