Privacy Notice
This notice explains the handling of information submitted through the iPivot website, including Ar enquiries and the private Google Chat follow-up channel.

When you contact iPivot or ask for human follow-up through Ar, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, company, enquiry category, objective, preferred contact method, timeframe, message, source page, language, consent record, submission time and limited technical records such as browser information and network address.
We use this information to classify and respond to enquiries, arrange issuer or investor education discussions, maintain communication and complaint records, protect the website, investigate misuse and meet legal, regulatory, governance and audit obligations.
Ar currently provides controlled general information, page navigation and enquiry collection. Ar does not determine investor classification or suitability, issuer eligibility, valuation, approval or regulatory outcomes. Information submitted for follow-up may be reviewed by authorised iPivot personnel.
When you request human follow-up through Ar, the enquiry details you submit are transmitted through an authenticated webhook into iPivot’s private Google Chat space within its Google Workspace environment. The notification is intended only for authorised personnel responsible for follow-up. Google acts as a technology service provider and may process data under its applicable Workspace terms and data-processing arrangements.
iPivot does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed to authorised personnel, professional advisers, technology and hosting providers, regulators, law-enforcement bodies or other parties where reasonably necessary to respond to you, operate and secure the website, establish or defend legal rights, or comply with applicable obligations.
Website, hosting and Google Workspace service providers may process or store information using infrastructure outside Malaysia. Where cross-border processing occurs, iPivot will seek to use appropriate contractual, organisational and security measures consistent with applicable Malaysian data-protection requirements.
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, relationship, security, record-keeping and applicable legal or regulatory purposes. Access is restricted according to business need. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Subject to applicable law, you may ask about, access or correct your personal information, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or raise a privacy concern. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out and may limit iPivot’s ability to respond or provide a requested service.
Do not send passwords, authentication codes, access credentials, payment-card details, bank-login information or identity documents unless an authorised iPivot representative has specifically requested them through an approved secure channel. Ar and Google Chat enquiry notifications are not document-upload channels.
