The journey
RedPlanet was admitted to Bursa Malaysia's LEAP Market on 4 August 2020, giving the company access to the capital market while operating within a sophisticated-investor environment.

The group expanded its enterprise ICT activities across geospatial and intelligent rail solutions, while the listed-company environment strengthened governance, transparency and accountability.

Shareholders approved the proposed transfer at an extraordinary general meeting on 10 November 2025. RedPlanet submitted its listing application and draft prospectus on 3 February 2026, then progressed through the regulatory and transaction process for the ACE Market transfer.
RedPlanet launched the transfer IPO at 19 sen per share on 28 September 2026. The exercise comprised a public issue of 70 million new shares and an offer for sale of 10 million existing shares, broadening participation beyond LEAP's sophisticated-investor base.
RedPlanet transferred to the ACE Market and opened at 27 sen versus its 19 sen IPO price. The Malaysian public portion had been oversubscribed 85.28 times, signalling strong retail demand for the next stage of the company's growth story.

The iPivot angle
A smaller public-market environment can help a growing company build governance discipline, disclosure habits and a capital-market track record before pursuing a broader board.
Moving from LEAP to ACE is not simply a change of board. It requires stronger readiness across governance, reporting, investor communication, transaction execution and public-market scrutiny.
LEAP is restricted to sophisticated investors, while ACE opens access to a much broader pool of investors and liquidity. That changes both opportunity and responsibility.
RedPlanet earmarked the majority of its new proceeds for project execution, business development and expansion—linking the fundraising event directly to operating growth.
